Mileage doesn't say much in my opinion. If it had good TLC, it should run for a great while still. Especially a diesel should be able to do 300k with ease. Though you never know for sure ;) Personally I have an Astra from 2003, 1.8 petrol with also 125hp. I'm nearing the 290.000 mark right now and haven't had any major problems as of yet.
